Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for:

  • Unopened & unused products in their original packaging

  • Items damaged during shipping

Note: Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different shade or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
